This video is a quick demonstration of how to use the IMCE button to insert images and files into the wysiwyg.

Before we try out the module, I’m going to create some content and users with the Devel module.

Let’s see how the new button works.

• Go to “Content => Add content => Article” (node/add/article)
• Click the “IMCE” button

Now we get the IMCE file browser and can select an image or file to insert into the wysiwyg. If the file you want is not already on the server, you can click the “upload” button to upload the file from your computer.

When I insert an image, it is displayed as an image, and when I insert a text file, the file name is displayed linking to the file itself.
