Select list

Select lists are used when there is a pre-defined set of options, and the user may select one of the options from the list.

• Title: Gender
• Options:
  • Male
  • Female
  • Prefer not to answer

Grid

Now grids are really cool because you can have multiple questions with the same possible answers.

• Title: Please rate your experience with this company in the following areas.

In the display tab we have some new options. We can randomize the options, or randomize the questions. I will select randomize questions just to show you how that changes. You can see the questions above switch places when I select the box.

• Options: I will leave the options the same but will change the questions
• Questions:
  • Bathroom cleanliness
  • Staff friendliness
  • Overall impression
