Welcome to the Audioblog

Hi! Welcome to the very first Audioblog sponsored by Modules Unraveled. This is Brian Lewis, and if you're listening to this, it probably means that you prefer to digest your content audibly, rather than reading long blog posts. Well, I'm the same way, and I kept coming across blog posts that I wouldn't normally read, but something about them would catch my eye, and I'd dive in. Almost without fail, I'd come away glad I did decide to read the post. The problem is, I don't have time to read everything that I think looks interesting. But I do have a lot of time to listen to things in my car.

What Drupal Means to Me

I recently read Holly Ross' blog post in response to the "What does Drupal mean to me" video put together at DrupalCamp NW back in November. I think the video does a great job of collecting responses from various members in the community, and would love to hear yours! I thought it would also be appropriate to "take my own medicine", so here's what Drupal means to me:

March 2013 Updates - Modules Unraveled

Podcasts

I'm currently in the middle of a series covering the Drupal 7 modules that you can use to send newsletters. Take a listen to these, and if you're a regular listener of the show, I'd love it if you'd leave a rating and review on iTunes. (Even those of you who dislike the 'clunky' iTunes interface.) Thanks in advance, it really means a lot!

Feb 2013 Updates - Modules Unraveled

Hello there!
A lot has happened since I last sent out a newsletter... here's a very brief overview:

Podcasts

There have been a ton of podcasts! I'm still releasing one every week. (Shooting for Wednesdays, but sometimes I'm a little behind.) So, here are a few of the recent ones.

Setting up a newsletter in Drupal 7? I'm putting together a series on all the module options - Feedback wanted!

Hey guys,
I'm going to be putting together a mini-series on Newsletters in Drupal 7. Just about every site can benefit from having a mailing list, so I figured I'd flesh out the options that are available, right now, for Drupal 7. I'm hoping to have someone on the show to talk about each of the following modules.

Cyber Monday - Modules Unraveled

Well... it's almost 9pm on Monday night, and I just realized that my Cyber Monday email never got sent... So, I'm extending the promotion through Tuesday. Here's the email you were supposed to get this morning:

Hey guys,
Today is Cyber Monday, so I wanted to let you know that you can save 25% on everything in the store. Just use code "CM2012" at checkout.

What should I do for the 50th episode of the Modules Unraveled Podcast?

So, I just recorded the 47th episode of the Modules Unraveled Podcast, which means that #50 is just around the corner. I also know that if I don't make a concerted effort, I won't do anything special for it, and that just seems wrong! So, I'm curious what you guys think I should do to celebrate. Here's what I've thought about, but please leave your own suggestions in the comments.
